Payments
Orders will be processed once payment has been cleared. For your convenience we use Paypal. You can use credit and debit cards even if you don't have a Paypal account. It's really easy to just complete the purchase by using your own credit or debit card without having to sign in.
Shipping
We ship in stock items within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Please allow a few extra days for custom, monogrammed orders to be created. We ship items Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Please keep this in mind when calculating "business days." Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail generated by Paypal with a delivery confirmation/tracking number. We use USPS first class 3-5 day mail for packages under $30 and USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days for packages over $30. For orders outside the United States and Canada, please contact us for an additional shipping quote. Once an order has shipped it is no longer in our hands. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates. We can only go by the estimated delivery date given by the post office at the time of shipment. If an order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date it is out of our control and no refund will be issued.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us! Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information. Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for your convenience, and to process our orders only. The information you provide to us will be used solely by us to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law. We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order processing.
Returns and Exchanges
If you receive an item that is incorrect, and the mistake is on our behalf; we will gladly exchange the incorrect item, or send you a new corrected item. This applies only if we are at fault for the mistake in the transaction Please notify me within 7 business days of receiving the order , and I will be happy to work with you. Due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted if we make a mistake in your order . If you are not happy with your hardware selection, a correction can be made at your expense. Corrections are any fixes that can be done to the original bow. We will charge a nominal fee for corrections and also will charge for return shipping. Items must be shipped to us in a box, we can not accept bows that are shipped to us in envelopes.
